Rhian Patterson, LMLP

Investing in yourself is one of the best things you can do. My goal as a therapist is to provide an environment for self-exploration through psychotherapy and evidence based treatments; welcome to your new safe place. During the therapeutic journey we can investigate, heal, and build from current or past life experiences. My hope is to provide a soft place to land, full of warmth and empathy, so that all parts of the human experience can be explored.

Having realized my desire to serve the people of my home in Western Kansas I returned to study at Fort Hays State University. A Bachelor of Science in Psychology and subsequent Master of Clinical Psychology prepared me with evidence-based assessments and treatments to facilitate my deep interests in working with those in my community.

As a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist, I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem and life transitions. Specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which, paired with my impartial therapeutic approach, offers a new perspective to my clients and all ages are welcome.
