Courtney Frack, LMLP, LMAC
Courtney is a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist and Licensed Masters Addictions Counselor. She is currently working towards obtaining her clinical licensure.
With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from FHSU, she brings ten years of experience as a mental health therapist. With experience treating various mental health disorders and concerns related to trauma, substance abuse, intimate partner violence, and life transitions.
Courtney, now aims to extend her services to community-based counseling. She specializes in emotional awareness, regulation, and expression issues using mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy(DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and internal family systems(IFS) modalities and techniques.
Courtney believes in a collaborative therapeutic approach with the goal of helping her clients re-connect to their inner selves, fostering healthy relationships, break unwanted cycles, and build fulfilling lives.
Courtney is currently accepting clients 18 or older at this time.
