Lyndsey Crisenbery – Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
Lyndsey Crisenbery is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. She received her Masters of Social Work in 2018, with a focus on clinical social work, from the University of Kansas.
Lyndsey was chosen to participate in the Behavior Health Scholars program with the University of Kansas, and received specialized training in motivational interviewing, working with adolescents and transitional-age youth (14yrs-24yrs of age), and SBIRT, which is an evidence-based practice used to identify, reduce, and prevent problematic use, abuse, and dependence on alcohol and illicit drugs.
Lyndsey’s primary focus is helping individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Adjustment Issues, and Life Transitions. Focus areas include crisis intervention, suicide risk reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
